What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days after your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Where are all your products produced?
In line with our company's vision in bringing the world together, our products are also made across the globe. Currently all our products are made in either France, Italy, Great Britain or U.S.A
How long will my orders take?
As our products ships from worldwide, the factors depends on what you purchased and where you live. Domestic orders usually ships in 3 days while international orders may take up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email with instructions to track your shipment.
Will all my orders arrive at the same time?
Multiple orders may not arrive at the same time due to them being shipped from various locations.
When I put something in my shopping cart, does it mean the items are available.
Item availability is checked when you complete purchase and your order is processed. Placing an item in the shopping cart does not ensure availability. All orders are subject to availability.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee that this is possible but we will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.
At this time, that option is not available. We will amend the check out process and notify the moment we offer this service.
